We import and sell well-known "genuine products made in Korea" through our Korean branch, and we intend to produce "own brand products" (ODM, OEM) in Korea 
and sell them directly to the Philippine market.
We intend to sell "Korean cosmetics", "Korean health functional supplements", "Korean small home appliances", and "Korean foods (e.g., meal kits)" to the Philippine market by collaborating with famous Korean brands.

The government's major policy areas are focused on securing related technologies and facility investment, such as “renewable energy,” “electric power reinforcement and secondary battery fields,” and “large-scale construction (airport expansion and infrastructure) projects.”
“K-NURI” is carrying out exclusive agency and brokerage business for Korea’s related technology or manufacturing facilities” in accordance with the Philippine government’s main policy and budget execution stance. Currently, “pyrolysis oil facility (production of recycled oil using waste plastic)” construction project and “waste battery recycling equipment” exclusive sales business and facility construction project are underway in the Philippines.

"Waste plastic pyrolysis oil production facility" exclusive sales agency business

It refers to a business that produces recycled diesel, which is made by heating difficult-to-recycle plastic waste such as waste vinyl and waste plastic at high temperatures of 300~500℃ in an anoxic state.
It can produce new plastics by extracting polypropylene (PP) or naphtha from waste plastic pyrolysis oil, or produce basic fuels for petrochemical products such as naphthalene.
The greenhouse gas reduction effect is very large in that waste plastic is used as a raw material again without incineration.
If plastic raw materials are replaced with pyrolysis oil from general crude oil, greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced by about two times, enabling carbon reduction and energy savings.
We are proceeding with a project related to the construction of production facilities and technology transfer in "Clark" and "Subic" areas through an exclusive contract with a specialized Korean company.

Waste battery regeneration

Renewable batteries are largely classified into two types: re-use and re-cycling. Reuse is to reuse waste batteries (electric vehicles, mobile phones, etc.) with a certain performance and level or higher as power sources such as energy storage devices. Recycling means disassembling waste batteries to extract resources such as rare metals.
We are acting as an exclusive sales agent in the Philippine market for inspection equipment, battery charging and discharging equipment necessary for the reuse of waste batteries, and equipment and technology related to power storage and reuse through "waste battery storage system (ESS equipment)".

“K-NURI” is in the process of importing and distributing Korean products through large offline distribution networks in the Philippines (SM, Mercury Drug, Watsons, 7-Eleven, and convenience store distribution networks).
We are planning the exclusive distribution of “Vinix (film type)”, a sexual function supplement in Korea, and are also preparing to expand to “high-end cosmetics” and “home appliances”.
The business structure of importing Korean products that can be sold “exclusively” in the Philippines and distributing them to the Philippine market is a traditional business method.
However, “K-NURI” has a clear competitive advantage over its peers in entering a large distribution network in the Philippines through various “personal networks”.
We are currently selling "Vinix", "Tubular Smart Automatic Fire Extinguisher", "Cosmetics", and "Small Home Appliances".


Influence commerce Business

More than 90% of the Philippine “retail market” was offline distribution before the corona, but after the corona pandemic, the “online distribution network” is rapidly expanding, accounting for about 30% of the total retail market.

 - The main factor is the rapid increase in online consumption by Filipino consumers as 
   the corona pandemic activated “non-face-to-face transactions”.
 - 60% of the total population is a huge consumer market with a young human structure
   between the ages of 18 and 35, while more than 70% of the total population is familiar
   with the online (mobile, Internet) environment.
 - The government's long-term policy support is also a major factor expected to expand
   the market.

We have identified opportunities for “market entry” in major changes in the “Philippines” retail market, and are proceeding with entry into the Philippine​
e-commerce market based on Korea’s “e-commerce” operation know-how.
